Reservation and cancellation or modification
RESERVE:
- The amount to be paid will be the 25% price of the reservation and in reservations of 1, 2 or 3 nights the amount of one night.
- Once the payment has been received, we will send you the booking confirmation.
- The booking is not confirmed until the owner has received the payment, and you have received the confirmation.
CANCELLATION:
- All the costs derived from this will be charged to the guest.
- The percentages will be applied on the amount paid in advance.
- 100% if the cancellation is made less than 10 days in advance
- The total invoice is paid on the day of arrival
