RESERVE:

The amount to be paid will be the 25% price of the reservation and in reservations of 1, 2 or 3 nights the amount of one night.
Once the payment has been received, we will send you the booking confirmation.
The booking is not confirmed until the owner has received the payment, and you have received the confirmation.

CANCELLATION:

All the costs derived from this will be charged to the guest.
The percentages will be applied on the amount paid in advance.
100% if the cancellation is made less than 10 days in advance
The total invoice is paid on the day of arrival
