On the ground floor, we have a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen exclusively for guests and our terrace with barbecue.

- FREE ose of kitchen to prepare your lunches and dinners, with your assigned table in the dining room. (They have to bring all the food, kitchen paper, salt, oil ... in the kitchen there is soap and scouring pad)
- FREE barbecue, they have to bring the coal
- FREE refrigerator during your stay.
- FREE Coffee service, infusions...
- Laundry service, with cost, information at reception
- Drinks with cost (water, beer, coke, wine)
- FREE WIFI in common areas and rooms
- FREE parking next to the house.
- Garden with tables, benches, deckchairs, with beautiful views of the sea, to sunbathe or relax in the shade of the cherry trees.
- In front of the house there is a public park and playground for the little ones of the house.
- All in the middle of an absolutely rural and quiet environment
- Inside the house we do not allow pets, if you want to bring your dog, we have a house in the garden, where you can sleep, you have to reserve it and it is FREE.
- Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. at 7:00 p.m.
- Departure time: Before 11:30 a.m.
- Room cleaning: Every day before 12: 00h.
